Thank you for choosing Voixt ("the Service"), a service provided by Gothi Tech LLP ("the Company"). We are committed to providing you with a reliable and high-quality Software as a Service (SaaS) experience. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for credits purchased to use our Service.
By purchasing credits, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
Important Information
Before purchasing credits for our services, please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds.
1. General Policy
Our general policy is that all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable.
We provide free demonstration credits to allow users to fully evaluate our Service before making a purchase. We encourage all users to take advantage of this free trial period to ensure our product meets their needs. Once credits are purchased and added to your account balance, they cannot be exchanged for a cash refund or returned.
2. Exception for Service Unavailability
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the event of a complete and prolonged failure of our Service. A refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following specific conditions:
- The Service is completely non-operational and inaccessible to all users due to a fault within our system (i.e., not due to user-side issues like poor internet connection, hardware incompatibility, or local network problems).
- The issue persists for a significant and continuous duration, preventing you from using your purchased credits.
- The technical issue has been reported to our support team in a timely manner, typically within 7 days of the service disruption.
3. Refund Request Process
To be eligible for a refund under the service unavailability exception, you must follow this process:
- Contact Support: You must submit a refund request to our customer support team at support@voixt.ai with the subject line "Refund Request - Service Unavailability".
- Provide Details: Your request must include your account information, transaction details of the credit purchase, and a detailed description of the service failure.
- Investigation: Our technical team will investigate the reported issue to verify the service failure. Gothi Tech LLP reserves the sole right to determine the nature and severity of the technical issue.
- Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request via email. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 15 business days.
4. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- You have changed your mind after purchasing credits.
- You did not use all your purchased credits.
- You forgot to cancel a subscription-based plan before the renewal date.
- The Service is unavailable due to issues outside of our direct control, such as third-party service failures (e.g., cloud provider outages), or issues with your own hardware or internet connection.
- You have violated our Terms of Service.
5. Modification of Policy
Gothi Tech LLP reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website (voixt.ai). Your continued use of our Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
