How we deliver our digital services after purchase

Thank you for choosing Voixt ("the Service"), a service provided by Gothi Tech LLP ("the Company").
This policy describes how our digital services are delivered to you after purchase. As a purely digital Software as a Service (SaaS) product, we do not ship any physical goods. Our "delivery" refers to the electronic activation of services and the allocation of purchased credits to your user account.
Digital Service
Voixt is a 100% digital service. All services and credits are delivered electronically to your online account. No physical items will be shipped to your address.
1. Scope of Policy
This Digital Delivery Policy applies to all credit purchases made on the Voixt website (voixt.ai). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Service Delivery Process
Our service delivery is fully automated and designed to be instantaneous. The process is as follows:
- Payment Confirmation: Your purchase is initiated upon successful completion of your payment through our designated payment gateway.
- Instant Credit Allocation: Once the payment is confirmed, the purchased credits are automatically and instantly added to your Voixt account balance. You can verify this by logging into your account and checking your available credit balance.
- Email Notification: You will receive an email confirmation at the address associated with your account. This email will serve as your receipt and will include details of your transaction. This email confirms the successful "delivery" of your purchased credits.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: In most cases, credits are delivered to your account within minutes of a successful transaction.
- Possible Delays: While our system is designed for instant delivery, occasional delays can occur due to payment gateway processing times or other unforeseen technical issues. If you do not see the credits in your account within 30 minutes of your purchase, please proceed to the next step.
4. What to do in Case of Delivery Issues
If you have successfully completed a payment but have not received your credits in your Voixt account after 30 minutes, please follow these steps:
- Refresh Your Account: Please log out of your Voixt account and log back in. This often resolves minor display issues.
- Check Your Email: Look for the purchase confirmation email from us. Also, check your spam or junk folder.
- Contact Support: If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@voixt.ai with the subject line "Credit Delivery Issue".
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following information in your email:
- The email address associated with your Voixt account.
- The transaction ID or receipt number from the payment.
- The date and approximate time of your purchase.
Our team will investigate the matter promptly and ensure the credits are correctly allocated to your account.
5. No Physical Shipping
To reiterate, Voixt is a 100% digital service. All services and credits are delivered electronically to your online account. No physical items, installation CDs, or hardware will be shipped or mailed to your physical address. Any information collected regarding a physical address during the payment process is solely for billing and verification purposes as required by our payment processing partners.
